The 8 week course is intended to increase a child’s self-esteem at this stage of development.
The group format helps participants see that they are not alone.

The 6-week course is intended to help teens feel more confident in themselves after a family divorce.
The group format helps participants build skills and basic life adjustments after Covid.
Topics of healthy relationships, self-esteem, managing stress and emotions, thinking in more helpful ways, overcoming anxiety and depression.
