Humberto Yarleque
Life brings moments of joy, pain, growth, and challenge—and sometimes, those difficult experiences leave lasting marks. Trauma in particular can shape how we see ourselves and the world, making it hard to connect, trust, or feel hopeful about the future. But healing is possible.

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and college-aged individuals, offering a calm, supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing you down and begin creating change. With 18 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I take a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach to help clients better understand their patterns, manage stress, and move toward a more meaningful life—one step at a time.

I also bring a unique perspective as a former law enforcement officer, which helps me connect with first responders, survivors, and others impacted by high-stress environments. My experience ranges from working with the developmentally disabled to incarcerated youth, and I believe deeply in each person’s ability to heal and grow, no matter their starting point.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, therapy can be a place to reclaim clarity, strength, and direction. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
